Information about the project: Design/build with contractor performed design of a commercial vehicle maintenance and parts warehouse facility with 3000sf offices, 8000sf parts warehouse, and 11,250sf shop area with bridge crane.  Mechanical systems consist of domestic water and sewer; oil water separator for the shop floor drains; natural gas boiler for radiant floor systems, direct fired make-up air system for the shop, and a packaged gas/electric roof top unit to heat and ventilate the offices and warehouse. Shop are is piped with compressed air, anti-freeze, and lube oil systems. Work included contractor performed design and installation of seismic bracing for mechanical systems and equipment.
