Information about the project: FTW 369B Company Administrative Operations building is a 13,000 sq. ft. facility comprised of Administrative areas, private offices, locker rooms, individual mechanical rooms, readiness bays for combat equipment, and weapons storage.
As the mechanical contractor the following work was performed:
- Installation of plumbing, heating, ventilation, cooling, hydronic, steam and condensate systems
- Installation of Snowmelt system
- Subcontracted HVAC Controls
- AC installation
- Utilidor connections for temporary heat for winter work
- Subcontracted Insulation
- Performed mechanical QC function
- Extensive commissioning, testing and balancing
- Assisted in LEED silver goals
- Seismic anchor and restraint design and implementation
