Information about the project: The 300C project constructed four Company Operations Facilities as a single building. This project involved installation of steam heated glycol systems including direct buried utilities, complete plumbing systems with waste, vent systems, and oil-water separator units. Ventilation systems consisted of two fan rooms and air handling units.

Our role as mechanical contractor, and with subcontractors, included:

  • Installation of the plumbing, heating, ventilation, cooling, hydronic, steam and condensate systems
  • HVAC controls
  • Mechanical Insulation
  • Direct buried site utilities – steam, condensate, and water
  • Utility connections – sewer, water, steam and condensate
  • Extensive commissioning, test and balancing.
  • Seismic anchor and restraint design was contractor performed.
  • Review for constructability, schedule and lead time
  • Coordinate design submittal packages
  • Provide quality control and scheduling services
